More arrests are possible after video and photos surfaced of two underage girls engaged in a sexual encounter with at least two adult men during a booze-fueled teen party at a North Charleston home, police said.

Officers made two arrests in the case on Saturday, cuffing one suspect at his graduation ceremony from Fort Dorchester High School.

Ryan Randal Deaton, 18, was arrested at his graduation ceremony in the North Charleston Coliseum, police said. He is charged with seven counts of second- and third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, arrest affidavits show.

Michael Gerard Crudden, 19, of Law Boulevard in North Charleston was charged with second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, accused of being the man behind the camera who filmed the alleged assault, arrest affidavits show.

Crudden, whom investigators said has a distinct Irish brogue, can be heard on the video saying that he was having trouble capturing one of the girl’s buttocks in the frame, according to an affidavit.

In February, an assistant principal at Fort Dorchester notified the school’s resource officer of the incident, describing it as a possible rape, the incident report states.

The report states about six teenagers were drinking and smoking marijuana late on a February evening at Crudden’s home.

One underage girl began to feel sick and went to lie down in a bedroom, police said.

A man walked into the room and the girl allowed him to kiss her, the report said. They then had consensual sex, police said.

Two other men and a juvenile came into the room and started having sex with the girl against her will, police said.

Police said two girls, ages 14 and 15, were taken advantage of at the home and text messages containing video and photos of them engaged in various sex acts were later sent to their phones, according to the report.

Both girls were able to identify themselves in the images, police said.

“The case continues to be actively investigated and additional arrests are possible,” police spokesman Spencer Pryor said in an email.
