Telecommunciations giant AT&T today announced that it is currently looking to fill more than 120 openings in South Carolina, including more than 70 new jobs.
The majority of new jobs are in the network unit. The positions will be posted at http://connect.att.jobs/ as they become available.
About 30 of the jobs are in Charleston area.
AT&T employs about 2,300 people across South Carolina
As part of its recently announced Project VIP, the company plans to increase the density of its wireless network by deploying more than 10,000 macro sites, more than 1,000 distributed antenna systems and more than 40,000 small cells.
