Five people were arrested Friday in a West Ashley drug bust.

Charleston police officers carried out a search warrant at 924 Magnolia Road and took five people into custody, according to police spokesman Charles Francis.

Police also confiscated 3 ounces of cocaine base, a gram of cocaine, a gram of marijuana and more than $1,500 in cash, he said.

A 1-year-old child found in the house was placed in custody of the Department of Social Services

Four of those arrested lived at the house.

Cary Stephens, 22, was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, trafficking cocaine base, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime, possession of a stolen handgun and unlawful conduct toward a child.

Kristin Stephens, 24, was charged with trafficking cocaine base, possession of a stolen handgun and unlawful conduct toward a child.

Corey Stephens, 23, was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, trafficking cocaine base, possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a stolen handgun and unlawful conduct toward a child.

Kenneth Mosley, 65, was charged with possession of cocaine, trafficking cocaine base, possession of a stolen handgun and unlawful conduct toward a child.

A fifth person who was arrested did not live there. Randolph Oliver, 33, of Forbes Avenue was charged with second-offense possession of marijuana.

Cary Stephens was being held Monday in the Charleston County jail on $475,000 bail, Corey Stephens was being held on $275,000 bail, and Kenneth Mosley was being held on $130,000 bail, according to jail records.

Kristin Stephens was released on $80,000 bail, and Randolph Oliver was released on $5,000 bail, according to Charleston County court records.
