If you’re in the mood to get moving during lunch today, head out to Marion Square.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina is marking National Walk@Lunch Day with the Charleston event. Another walk is planned in Greenville today.
“Walking during a lunch break is a great way for all of us to make time for exercise as we juggle work and other commitments that demand so much of our time,” said Dr. Laura Long, Blue Cross’ vice president of clinical innovation and population health, in a press release about the event.
The event will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Marion Square in Charleston.
Reach Lauren Sausser at 937-5598.
