A man accused of exposing himself to customers at a Walterboro Walmart told police “it may have popped out” when confronted by officers, authorities said.
Wilton Mark McMillan, 36, of Round O, is charged with indecent exposure, Walterboro Public Safety said.
A store manager called police Saturday at 3:26 p.m. to report that a man had just exposed himself to a female customer.
Two women, ages 19 and 60, identified McMillan as the man who flashed them, according to a police report.
The women told officers McMillan had his private parts on full display inside the store.
When confronted, McMillan explained that he was scratching himself and “it may have popped out,” a police report stated.
