After four wins and nine sets from Venus and Serena today, the Family Circle Cup is not done with the Williams sisters yet.

Top-ranked Serena and No. 24 Venus will meet in the tournament’s semifinals Saturday, the 24th time the most famous sisters in women’s tennis have met as pros. Serena leads the series, 13-10, and has won the last four meetings.
No. 2 seed Caroline Wozniacki, the 2011 FCC champ, lost in the quarterfinals tonight, dropping a 3-6, 6-4, 6-3 decision to No. 63 Stefanie Voegele of Switzerland. Shewill face No. 9 seed Jelena Jankovic in the other semi.
Each of the Williams sisters won twice today to make the semis after rain wiped out of most of Thursday’s schedule on Daniel Island.
Venus began the day with a 6-2, 4-6, 6-2 win over No. 12 seed Varvara Lepchenko, the came back to knock off rising American star Madison Keys, 6-4, 6-4.
Serena, seeking her third Family Circle Cup title, followed each of Venus’ matches on Billie Jean King Court, first beating American qualifier Mallory Burdette, 6-4, 6-2, and then taking out No. 6 seed Lucie Safarova, 6-4, 6-1.
“For the record, we’ve never played both played two matches in the same day,” Serena told the crowd. “You guys had a real treat!”
Jankovic, the 2007 FCC champ, also made the semis, cruising past qualifier Eugenie Bouchard, 6-2, 6-1.
