Charleston County detectives are asking for help identifying a man who was caught on camera trying to cash in a stolen lottery ticket.
The man tried to cash in the ticket about 8:30 p.m. Nov. 28 at the Sunoco gas station at 2019 Maybank Highway, according to the incident report. The ticket was flagged as stolen when the clerk scanned it. The man left the store but was caught on the store’s camera.
The man is described as between 20 and 30 years old, about 5 feet tall about 125 pounds, with dreadlocks to his shoulders.
