Charleston police are looking for a man they said stole a weed trimmer and sold it to a pawn shop.
Police tracked down the $300 Stihl weed trimmer at Fast Money Pawn on Sam Rittenberg Boulevard in December and returned to its owner, who lives on Captiva Row, according to the incident report.
The shop’s records showed that Lorenzo Brown, 51, of Jaywood Circle sold the weed trimmer to the pawn shop, according to the report.
Police today asked for help finding him.
Anyone with information is asked to call Charleston police at 577-7434 or Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
