Bojangles' at 1313 Sam Rittenberg Blvd. in West Ashley will close at 9 p.m. Monday. Franchisee Kevin Archer of K-Bo Inc., who has owned the longtime restaurant since 2010, said business was great, but the lease is up and a deal to buy the building in Ashley Landing Shopping Center could not be worked out. Archer owns seven Bojangles' in the region.
Also closing: Tuesday Morning at 730 Coleman Blvd. in Brookgreen Center in Mount Pleasant. Its last day is Tuesday. Gourmet grocery store Southern Season is moving into the former Food Lion next door and will expand into the Tuesday Morning space. Dallas-based Tuesday Morning reportedly wants to stay in Mount Pleasant, so it could land somewhere else.
