Washout causes traffic issue on Red Bank Road near Goose Creek High

    A sewer main leak blamed on the recent heavy rains washed out a 60-foot section of eastbound Red Bank Road near Goose Creek High School this afternoon. Two lanes were closed, but one lane remained open for traffic.
