Clemson shot just 45 percent from the free throw line, but McDaniels was able to knock down a pair of free throws with 16 seconds to play to force Georgia Tech to attempt a last-second three that was off the mark.
Pinewood Prep product Milton Jennings fouled out and scored just nine points of 4 of 12 shooting after producing a career-best 28 points Sunday vs. Virginia Tech.
Devin Booker was feeling better (flu) today, but he was just 3 of 10 from the field.
