Ex-College of Charleston coach Cremins appointed to NCAA Committee on Infractions
Former College of Charleston basketball coach Bobby Cremins has been appointed to the NCAA’s Division Committee on Infractions.
Cremins and former Michigan football coach Lloyd Carr are two of eight new members on the committee, which is expanding to handle more cases.
The NCAA’s Division I board of directors approved the additions over the weekend. Last October, the board approved expanding the Committee on Infractions from 10 voting members to as many as 24, with smaller panels expected to handle individual cases. The committee now stands at 18 members.
Cremins also coached at Appalachian State and Georgia Tech.
