Pryor, Summey keep posts on Charleston County Council
Teddie Pryor will remain chairman of Charleston County Council for the fifth-consecutive year, and Elliott Summey will remain vice chairman for the fourth-consecutive year.
Council members re-elected Pryor and Summey today with a 5-4 vote. Council members Pryor, Summey, Vic Rawl, Henry Darby and Anna Johnson voted for Pryor and Summey. Council members Joe Qualey, Colleen Condon, Herb Sass and Dickie Schweers voted for Joe Qualey for chairman and vice chairman.
