    Friends and family of Carlos Olivera gathered outside the Beaufort County Courthouse after Circuit Court Judge Craig Brown denied Bluffton tow truck operator Preston Oates early in the case. Oates was charged with killing Olivera during an argument over a parking incident on Christmas Eve 2010.
