4 arrested in Socastee shooting death
SOCASTEE – Four people have been arrested in the shooting death of a man in Socastee earlier this week.
Horry County Police Sgt. Robert Kegler says more arrests are possible.
Thirty-seven-year-old Jerome Green Jr. of Socastee was shot to death Monday night.
Two Columbia men have been charged with murder. Thirty-year-old Marcus Dwain Wright and 29-year-old Lanard Centrell Powell were arrested at a motel near Conway on Wednesday.
Thirty-three-year-old Qwanda Patrice Brown Caldwell of Columbia was found in Richland County and is charged with accessory after the fact of murder.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jacinda Elizabeth Wright of Conway faces the same charges.
It was not clear if they have lawyers. .
No motive has been released in the shooting.
