Bill Murray stars in video debuting at SC festival
CHARLESTON — A singer-songwriter is debuting a music video shot in South Carolina with comedian Bill Murray.
Emily Hearn is showing her video, “Rooftop,” as part of the fourth annual Charleston International Film Festival, which kicks off Wednesday.
The video was directed by independent filmmaker Brad Jayne and produced by Forge Productions principal Doug Coupe and guitarist Mark Bryan of Hootie & The Blowfish. It will be broadcast on VH1 and HDNet after its Charleston premiere.
Murray earned an Oscar nomination for his role in “Lost in Translation.”
Hearn is from Athens, Ga., and is recording her first album this summer.
